Planned and facilitated day treatment program for adults with mild to severe mental illness and dual diagnosis. Casemanagement and counseling to approximately 40 consumers with same diagnosis. C.E.I. Community Mental Health Board/Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled: Lansing, MI. Mental Health Therapist-Dual Diagnosis Project. Casemanagement and counseling services to adults with diagnosis of both mental retardation and mental illness. Functional life in-home training. Residential and vocational monitoring and support. This was a special grant project funded by the Developmental Disabilities Council of Michigan and was evaluated by a pretest-postest control group design.

Ionia County Community Mental Health Board: Ionia MI. Client Services Manager. Casemanagement and counseling services to approximately 50 adults with developmental disabilities and/or dual diagnosis. Residential and vocational placement, monitoring, and support. Clinical documentation. Casemanagement of contract C.L.F. home.

Barry County Medical Care Facility: Hastings, MI. Activities/Recreation Director. Planned and coordinated all recreational activities. Patient care planning and assessment clinical documentation. Management team and utilization review meetings.

E.B.I. Breakthru, Inc.: Lake Odessa, MI. Program Manager. Plan and coordinate vocational services for approximately 70 adults with developmental disabilities and/or dual diagnosis. Clinical documentation pursuant to medicaid regulations. Plan and facilitate all medicaid billable groups and recreational activities. Plan and facilitate agency wide "olympics". Supervise two staff.
