Colleen's Philosophy

When I first began counseling in 1981, it seemed most rewarding to be in the profession of helping people cope. As I grew professionally, personally and spiritually I began to realize coping was a mere fraction of the process. Deep Healing is the whole. My professional, personal, and spiritual training has shifted in focus with the knowing that we all have the ability to heal ourselves from within. Some may need to learn how, some may need guidance and motivation, or some may need to clear old pattens and beliefs that impede healing. Whatever the path, perfect health is our natural state.

Who is Colleen?

Colleen is the author of three books, holds a Masters Degree and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, Usui Reiki Master, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Alternative Healing Consultant and Shamanic Practitioner. She has been exploring health and wellness, self-healing, personal growth, and spiritual development for over 25 years. Colleen's books are entitled
Energy for Life: Connect with the Source
and
Inner Power: Six Techniques for Increased Energy and Self-Healing
Naked to My Soul

Colleen is a teacher and a healer who knows from personal experience what it is like to be devastatingly ill, fatigued, depressed, frustrated, and lost. For ten years, Colleen was one of the hopeless who suffered from a chronic illness that traditional medicine could not effectively treat. Determined to live life fully again, she embarked on a journey of self-healing and spiritual awakening that led to complete recovery and a comprehensive program that benefits all who follow it.

Her workshops and books detail this empowering program of effective, non-traditional, and self-applied techniques. Through detailed descriptions and an easy to follow step-by-step format, the techniques that Colleen used to move from agonized disability to full recovery and spiritual illumination are clearly presented. Participants and readers will be able to implement this program right away to manifest health, vibrant energy, and a deep, meaningful spiritual way of living.

Colleen's books and workshops teach readers and participants how to:
